RULING
1. The Application dated 19.01.2026 is allowed.
2. The Deputy Registrar of the Eldoret Environment and Land Court is hereby directed to execute all the transfer documents in relation to the property known as L.R No.KAPSARET/KAPSARET BLOCK 1(YAMUMBI)1298 in favour of Ann Muthoni the Plaintiff/Applicant herein.
3. The Caution registered on the Register of L.R KAPSERET/KAPSERET BLOCK 1 (YAMUMBI)/1298 on 22.08.2024 by Miriam Wamboi Njoroge and Teresia Wanjeri Kibutho be cancelled by the County Land Registrar Uasin Gishu within 14 days from today’s date.
4. There will be no orders as to costs.
