1. By consent the application dated 7th March, 2024 is compromised in the following terms:
2. That status quo be maintained pending the hearing and determination of the main suit. Status quo orders shall lapse automatically after one year from date hereof if the suit is not prosecuted on 28th May, 2025.
3. Leave granted to the defendant to file trial bundle within 14 days from today. Mention to confirm the hearing date of 8th October, 2024. Mention to confirm 10th July, 2024.
