I have considered the ex-parte oral application made by the Applicants’ Advocate in court today, the 10th of June, 2026, during the mention of the matter. In the interest of justice and in order to preserve the substratum of the suit, I direct and rule as follows;
a) THAT the status quo be maintained;
b) THAT all parties DO NOT and are restrained from undertaking any further transactions, disposition, and/or interference with the suit property from the date hereof;
c) THAT no further developments be made on the suit property pending the hearing and determination of this matter or any other order by the court from the date hereof.
d) THAT the matter be mentioned on 16th September, 2026 as directed in court to confirm compliance of Directions issued on 16th February, 2026.
e) THAT the Applicants’ Advocate undertakes service of the Ruling
