Make a data protection request

Under the Data Protection Act 2019 you can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to marketing. We respond within 30 days.

What would you like us to do?

Records an advocate must keep by law (for example client files and accounts) may be retained after a deletion request; we will tell you if that applies. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.
