' I have read the applicants'' application dated 15th November 2025, filed under Certificate of Urgency of even date. I am satisfied that the application is urgent, and it is so certified. I direct that the application be served for directions on the manner of its disposal on 3rd December 2025. In the meantime, and pending the hearing and determination of this application, a temporary conservatory order is hereby issued staying all the proceedings against 1st to 7th Petitioners in Republic Vs Simon Kilonzo 8: 6 Others Mombasa Criminal Case Number E1280 of 2025 and further the court be pleased to issue Conservatory orders restraining the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Respondents, their agents, officers or servants from arresting, charging, detaining or prosecuting the 8ᵗʰ to 21ˢᵗpetitioners in relation to allegations of forcible detainer relating to land Parcel No. MN!Vl/5139, which is said to belong to the Interested party. It is so ordered.
