I have read the applicant's application dated 29 July 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am satisfied that the application is urgent and it is so certified. I direct that the application be served for hearing in the new term. The matter shall be mentioned before Wangari, J. on 22 September 2025. In the meantime stay of execution pending the hearing of the application is granted on condition that the applicant deposits the decretal sum in court as security for the performance of the decree within 45 of the date of this order.
