I have gone through the petition. I really do not see the need of spending much time with it. The petitioner claims to hold a title to the suit land and he says that he has been informed that there is a parallel title but his request for documentation on the parallel title has not been fothcoming. In my opinion he is entitled to information and documentation on the parallel title. I will thus order the Land Registrar, Kisii, to supply the petitioner with all documentation on the parallel title held in respect of the land parcel Kisii Municipality/Block I/338 within 7 days of being served with the order. Mr. Begi learned counsel for the petitioner has confirmed that with this order the petition can be spent. I will therefore deem the petition as finalized with this order. The file be closed. No orders as to costs.
