1. The Notice to Show Cause has been marked as dismissed.
2. The Court Administrator in Charge of the Eldoret Chief Magistrate Court is hereby summoned to explain how far the proceeding relating to Eldoret CM ELC Case No. E016 of 2022 have reached in the process of typing and certification.
3. The Deputy Registrar ELC will ensure the Summons herein are served on the Court Administrator of the Chief Magistrate’s Court within 7 days from today’s date.
