1. Further to my order of 5th September 2024, it has been brought to my attention, that there is, on record, a chamber summons, dated 3rd September 2024, for leave to bring Judicial Review proceedings.
2. I have read and considered that application, together with the other papers filed with it.
3. I do hereby grant leave, in terms of prayer 2 of the said application, but not prayer 1, for a declaration is not one of the reliefs available under Judicial Review.
4. The grant of leave herein shall operate as a stay of what is contemplated under prayer 2.
5, The substantive Motion shall be filed within 21 days of grant of leave.
6. These directions are given and the orders made at Busia, on this 6th day of September 2024.
