2.   The Applicant Counsel is not present despite the date being taken in his presence.

3.   Consequently, a Notice to Show Cause Why this matter should not be dismissed for want of prosecution is hereby issued.

4.   The NTSC will be heard on the 26.05.2026.

5.   The Deputy Registrar will serve the NTSC within 7 days from today’s date upon the Applicant Counsel.
