I have had occasion to consider the application dated 20/6/24. For reasons advanced, i certify the matter as urgent. On the material before court, i make orders as follows;
1. The application be served within 1 day.
2. Response be filed within 7 days of service.
3. A supplementary affidavit if desired, be filed witin 7 days of service of response.
4. Prayer 2 is granted in the interim pending mention inter partes and further orders of court.
5. Mention on17/7/24 for directions.
