RULING

1. The court is not convinced of service on all the parties.
2. Consequently, the Ex-parte Applicant is granted leave to serve by way of substituted service of advertisement in a daily newspaper of wide coverage in the Republic of Kenya with 30 days from today’s date.
3. The matter will be mentioned on 26.06.2025.
4. In the meantime, pending the hearing and determination of the Judicial Review, the Land Registrar Uasin Gishu County is hereby ordered to register inhibitions on the properties known as L.R Eldoret Municipality Block 14/2230, 2231, 2232, 2233, 2234, 2235, 2236, 2237, 2238, 2239, 2240 and 2241 forthwith.
