RULING

  1. The parties have all confirmed that their boundaries have demarcated by the Land Registrar and the beacons are on the ground.
  2. In view of the fact the parties are advised to observed the beacons on the ground.
  3. Any party that has an issue regarding the location of the beacons is directed to go back to the Land Surveyor and Land Registrar for a fresh re-establishment of the Boundary.
  4. The file is hereby closed.
