1. On 30th May 2024 the offender, Vincent Ochieng Okoth a 24-year-old was sentenced to serve 1 year imprisonment for the offence of housebreaking and stealing. The presentence report did recommend non-custodial sentence and the sentence review report dated 18th November 2024 does not recommend non custodial.2. He has served 6 months of the 1-year prison term.
3. In the spirit of prison decongestion, the offender is hereby conditionally released from prison not to reoffend as he has no fixed abode.
