High Court at Milimani High Court · · Githiru Freda Mugambi

1. I have considered the application dated 1st December, 2025 together with the supporting affidavit and the evidence presented by the debtor including the proposal and repayment plan and the statement of affairs. I am satisfied that on the face of it, the debtor satisfies the requirements under section 306 of the Insolvency Act. For that reason, in order to facilitate the consideration and implementation of the debtor’s proposal, I do grant the interim orders sought under prayer 3 with the effect that an injunction is hereby granted against any execution, enforcement, realization or otherwise of the debts owed by the debtor/petitioner for a period of 14 days.

2. The Official Receiver is appointed as supervisor of this individual voluntary arrangement and shall forthwith be served with this order.

3. Mention on 29th October, 2026 to appraise court on the status of the individual voluntary arrangement with liberty to the Official Receiver as supervisor to otherwise move the court.
