RULING

  1. Based on the payment receipts No. RA 0794038 and RA 0794098, the court is satisfied that the Defendant has complied with the ruling pronounced on 28th April, 2025 by payment of Kshs. 900,000 as a fine for disobedience of the court orders.
  2. Consequently, the Defendant Joel Samoei is hereby released forthwith.
  3. However, the Defendant is reminded to ensure compliance of the orders issued on 13th March, 2023 on or before the pre-trial date failure to which further action will be taken by the court.
