1. The application dated 15/10/2024 was served upon the Respondent on 6/11/2024 who have not filed any response.
2. I have considered the application, grounds and supporting affidavit. I enter Judgement for the applicant for Kshs. 745, 694 as per Certificate of costs dated 26/9/2024 together with interest at 14% per annum from 15/08/2024.
