1. I have considered the application dated 26th August, 2024 together with affidavit in support and the replying affidavit in opposition to the same and the submissions of the parties.
2. I note that the conditions for stay initially granted by this court have not been complied with for over a year and a half.
3.The applicant had several opportunities to comply by depositing the security over the said period but to date has not done so.
4. Accordingly, the Application dated 26th August, 2024 seeking a stay of execution is dismissed with costs for inordinate delay in compliance.
