RULING
The application dated 02.09.2024 is herby determined by the following orders: -
- The inhibition orders issued on the 03.09.2024 to registered on L.R No. Transmara/Moyoi/66 shall continue to subsist until the hearing and determination of the main suit.
- The Plaintiffs are directed to serve the Plaint and all other documents on the Defendant within 7 days from today’s date.
- The Defendant is granted leave of 14 days to prepare, file and serve the Defendant as well as all other documents they intend to rely upon at the hearing.
- The Plaintiffs shall have leave of 7 days upon service of the statement of Defence to file any reply if need be.
- The matter will be mentioned on 15.10.2024 for pre-trial and other directions.
