As regards the proceedings known as ELC No. 938 of 2015, the matter was for hearing today.

The Plaintiff were duly notified but failed to attend court and prosecute their plaint dated 29/09/2015.  Consequently, the plaint dated 29/09/2015 is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.  The 1st and 2nd Defendants are accordingly awarded costs.
