The application dated 06.05.2023 is made under section 36 of the Arbitration Act. It seeks recognition and enforcement of an Arbitral Award published on 22.03.2022. The application is not opposed and there has been no application to set aside and the time for doing so has lapsed. The application is allowed on terms that:
(1) The Final Award dated 22nd March 2022 is duly recognized as a judgment of this court and leave is granted to the Application to enforce it.
(2) The Applicant is awarded costs of the application assessed at Kshs. 30,000.00.
