I have read the applicant's application dated 17 March 2026, filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. I am satisfied the application is urgent and it is so certified. I direct that the application be served for hearing inter partes on 1 April 2026. In the meantime, pending the hearing and determination of the Application, a Garnishee Order Nisi is hereby issued to KCB Bank Kenya Limited (the Garnishee), directing and/or ordering that monies held by the Garnishee, for and on behalf of, and to the credit of the Plaintiff/ Judgement Debtor in Bank Account Number 1171475608 or in any other account held in the name of the Plaintiff/ Judgment/Debtor herein be attached to answer to the Decree and Certificate of Taxation issued by this Honourable Court on 6th December 2024 and 16th February 2026 respectively for the sum of Kenya Shillings One Million Eight Hundred and Fourty Five Thousand Three Hundred and Thirty-Three and Thirty-Three Cents (Kshs. 1,845,333.33), being the costs awarded to the Defendant/ Decree Holder. It is so ordered.
