The application dated 10.11.2022 is filed by the Creditors seeking to restrain the Landlord from removing the Petitioner from the demised premises and from selling the distrained property.
I dismiss the application on the ground that the ownership of the property subject of the distress and the landlord's right to distress have already been determined in other cases. Further, the said cases are pending hence the orders sought cannot be granted. No orders as to costs.
