1. The Accused person YONA ODHIAMBO ADEDE is charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code.
2. The particulars are that on 225th December 2023 within Oruba Sub-Location, Oruba Location, Suna West Sub-County within Migori County in the Republic of Kenya murdered Gerry Owino Pesa.
3. From the evidence of the 9 Prosecution witnesses this court finds that a prima facie case has been established sufficient to place the Accused person on his defence. He has a case to answer.
