The accused person Shukrani Hassan and Said Hamisi are charged with the offence of murder Contrary to section 203 as read with section 204 of the Penal Code.
Particulars are that Shukrani Hassan and Said Hamisi on the 18th March 2020 at Mkomani Mkwanjuni area in Mtwapa within Kilifi county murdered PAUL TIA MAKANGE MAASAI. The prosecution tendered evidence of 11 witnesses and this court finds that their evidence has raised a prima facie case sufficient to place accused persons on their defence. They have a case to answer.
