RULING
On 20 th May 2025, the Prosecution closed its case after calling a total of five (5) Prosecution witnesses.
Both the Accused person and the Prosecution did not file Written Submissions on the question of whether or not the Accused person had a case to answer. They both relied on the evidence on record.
Having carefully considered the evidence by the Prosecution witnesses, the court was of the opinion that a prima facie case had been established against the Accused person herein to warrant him being put on his defence. He is hereby put on his defence.
It is so ordered.
