RULING ON BOND
I have considered the application for bond. It is not objected to by the prosecution. The Pre
bail report has nothing significant that is negative on the accused person.
The report also paints the socio economic status of the accused's family.
Order: the accused person is admitted to bond of Ksh 150,000 with one surety of similar amount .
