THE ACCUSED PERSON WAS CHARGED WITH THE OFFENCE OF MURDER CONTRARY TO SECTIOM 203 AS READ WITH SECTION 204 OF THE PENAL CODE .
He pleaded not guilty and the state called a total of 8 witnesses on a bid to prove its case.
The accused is represented by Mr Lozi Advocate who filed submissions at the close of the prosecution case.
I have considered the evidence and the submissions and I am satisfied that the threshold set in the case of Ronald Nyaga Kuria Vs Republic has been met and there is reason to place the accused person on his Defence.
The accused person is therefore placed on his defence.
