The accused persons Fredrick Dampa Ouma and Vincent Omondi alias Vincent Tenge were jointly charged with the offence of murder contrary to Section 203 as read with Section 204 of the Penal Code
The particulars of the offence were that the Accused persons and others not before court on 28th August 2022 at around 14.00hrs at Rakwaro shopping centre in SouthKamagambo Location, Rongo Sub-County within Migori County murdered Evans Odongo Apiko alias Ayoo.
The prosecution called 6 witnesses to support the charge of murder against the Accused persons.
From the evidence of the said 6 witnesses this court finds that the Prosecution has raised a prima facie case sufficient to find that the Accused persons have a case to answer. They are placed on their defense.
