1. The revision herein was sought by the applicant, through a letter dated 6th June 2022.
2. I cannot make head or tail of the matter. It would appear that there was an acquittal, but there is no material to show that a trial was ever conducted. There is a photocopy of a handwritten ruling, on a case to answer, yet no trial was ever conducted in the file.
3. The Republic, which is the applicant herein, has not made any submissions in the matter, and has never sought to advance the matter. The record, to my mind, is incomplete, and I am unable to decipher what might have exactly happened.
4. The order, that commends itself to me, is to dismiss the revision application, which I hereby do. The instant file shall be closed. Orders accordingly.
