I have considered the application made by the 2nd Accused for admission to bond and I have also considered the 2nd pre-bail report dated 25/7/2024 prepared by Audrey Iminza, probation officer Kisumu and I do note that the same is favorable wherefore I do hereby admit the Accused to bond. He can be released on bond of Ksh.200,000 plus one surety of a similar amount. The Accused person is directed upon release not to set foot in the locality where the offence was allegedly committed.
