1. The revision herein was sought, by the applicant, through a letter dated 5th May 2022, which was received in court on 23rd May 2022. The ruling, challenged in the revision application, was delivered in May 2021. The Republic, after it lodged the revision application, has taken no steps to advance it.
2. The letter, applying for review, talks of the criminal case, in No. 1155 of 2021, being consolidated with other cases, yet those other criminal cases are not mentioned in the letter, neither have I seen any reference to them in the original trial court records.
3. I am unable to find clarity, on what the issues are, hence I am unable to revise the ruling in question. The order, that commends itself to me, is to dismiss the revision application, which I hereby do. The instant file shall be closed. Orders accordingly.
