I have considered the applicant's application dated 11 April 2024 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. Considering that the facts upon which this application is based are the same facts that are apparently the basis of a suit that is before a different court of competent jurisdiction and that there are common parties in this application and in the suit before the other court, I am hesitant to certify this matter as urgent and neither am I inclined to give any orders at this particular stage of the proceedings. I direct the applicant to serve the respondents with his application for hearing inter partes on 29 April 2024. It is so ordered.
