Upon perusing the application dated 27.5.25 and without getting into the merits of the Application ,Iam of the view that the court with competent jurisdiction to determine this suit is the Environment and Land Court as created under Article 162(2) of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010.
In the circumstances the following orders are issued;
1. The Application is certified as urgent.
2. This suit is hereby transferred to the Environment and Land Court for hearing and determination.
3. The Application shall be placed before the Principal Judge, Environment and Land Court forthwith for further directions.
