' CORRECTION OF ERROR UNDER SLIP RULE
1. It has been brought to the attention of the court, an error in order 41(1) of the ruling dated 31.7.25. The error is in the date of the application erroneously indicated to be 22nd May 2025. The application the court considered and in respect of which order 41(1) was made is dated 28th Feb 2025 and not 22nd May 2025. The erroneous date is hereby deleted and in its place thereof inserted 28th Feb 2025. This reflectts the decision and intention of the court. The correction is of an honest mistake and does not prejudice any party. S. 99 and 100 of the CPA.
