I have read the Notice of Motion dated 16th April, 2026 filed under certificate of urgency. I have also read the affidavit in support thereof. Having done so, I note that the children of the applicant and the subject, have not been joined to the instant application. The applicant is given 10 days to amend the application so as to join their children to the application. The applicant will also effect service of the amended application to the said parties. The amended application will be mentioned on 7th May, 2026 for directions.
