The Applicant's application before the court is made under section 36 of the Arbitration Act. It is not opposed and the time for setting aside the award has lapsed. I allow the application dated 17.03.2023 on terms the Award dated 08.07.2023 is duly recognised as a judgment of this court and leave is granted for enforcement.
The Respondent shall pay Kshs. 40,000.00 as costs of the application.
