The plaintiffs have urged the court to make an order maintaining status quo. I have considered the application and the submissions. The parties are in agreement that there is need for establishing and fixing the boundary. In those circumstances, it cannot at this point be ascertained who is to move or keep off from which portion.
The status which is sought to be maintained has not been established. An order for status quo in the circumstances may create more confusion and disputes. I am not persuaded that I should make such an order. Application for status quo order is dismissed.
