I have perused the record in so far as the proceedings of 4/7/2023 are concerned and I do not find any consent order recorded on that date. I only find an application for withdrawal of suit. That application was not opposed by the other counsel so the court granted it. For that reason, the application dated 23/9/2024 is misconceived and lacks merit and it is hereby dismissed with no orders as to costs.
