Ruling
I have heard both parties herein. It is not clear why the officer released the vehicle while two persons were claiming it as per what she has told the court that she needed a court order to release it .She has said she released it upon Omae producing I identity card. The best way she could have dealt with it is to avail it to court to determine its release . However , the application has been overtaken by events . I mark it as spent .
