1. The Application before me is dated 2/7/2026. It seeks the setting aside of the orders I made on 16/6/2016, which I made inter partes.
2. The Applicant had been given sixty (60) days to file an Appeal in the proper manner and file his Record of Appeal therein. The same was not done and there is no explanation for that omission.
3. The Applicant has also not come under “Review” but under the “Setting Aside” option, which is not viable.
4. As no new ground that was not before me on 16/6/2026 has been urged, I dismiss the Application with costs to Respondent.
5. The file shall remain closed.
