I have read the application dated 17 April 2025 filed under a certificate of urgency of even date. The dispute relates to ownership or title to land. The court with the requisite jurisdiction to determine such a dispute is the Environment and Land Court. In the circumstances, I direct that this suit be transferred to the Environment and Land Court at Mombasa for disposal or such other orders or directions as the Court may wish to give.
