ORDER
THIS matter coming up for review under decongestion exercise in the presence of parties. The court has called for and examined the trial record and upon perusing the recommendation from the probation department.The offender was charged with a traffic offence and sentenced to pay a fine which he has not been able to afford.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
THAT he has served a significant part of the sentence.
THAT the court guided by the sentencing policy guidelines reviews the sentence to the time already spent in custody under the decongestion policy.
THAT the sentence be and is hereby reviewed to the time spent in custody.
THAT file is hereby closed.
