1. The application dated June 24, 2024, seeks an order to release the cash bail deposited in the names of Susan Wacera Muigai and Margaret Warigia to Margaret Ng’ambwa Munde. This cash bail was deposited in Chief Magistrate Milimani Criminal Case E468 of 2023.

The applicants argue that the Honorable Trial Court refused to grant the requested orders; however, the record indicates that no formal application was made before the trial court for those orders. The Accounts team confirmed that the sum was not paid to the depositors. The processing was halted following the parties' proposal to release the sum to the complainant.
5. The application is approved. To facilitate the release process, the parties must provide any verification details or requirements requested by the Accounts Office.
6. The court reserves the right to revoke this order if parties fail to comply with clause 5 above and any additional advice issued by the Accounts Office regarding financial regulations.
