RULING

1. The Notice of Withdrawal of the suits against the 4^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th and 10^th Defendants is hereby allowed and the suits against the 4^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th and 10^th Defendants are hereby withdrawn.
2. The 4^th, 6^th, 7^th, 8^th and 10^th Defendants are granted costs to be assessed by the Deputy Registrar upon filing of the Bill of Costs.
