RULING

The application dated 13.08.2024 was to be heard today.

This date was fixed by consent of the parties.

The Applicants state that their lawyer has ceased acting for them but there is no application to that effect.

Similarly, the court takes note that the directions and orders issued to the applicant on the 29.08.2024 have similarly not been complied.

In the circumstances, the court is of the view that the applicant and/or their advocate are not serious in this matter.

Consequently, therefore the following orders are hereby made: -

1. The Applicants are granted leave of 14 days to either file a notice to act in person or instruct another advocate.
2. The applicant is further directed to comply with the orders issued on 29.08.2024 within the next 7 days.
3. In the meantime, the interim orders issued on 14.08.2024 and further extended on 29.08.2024 are hereby discharged, set aside and/or lifted.
4. The application dated 13.08.2024 will be heard on 02.10.2024.
