1. I have considered the application dated 21st February 2024 together with the affidavit filed in support of the same.
2. The application is unopposed to date and no reply has been filed. The date was taken by consent of the parties and the counsel for the respondent was also present on the date of the hearing.
3. I note that the application seeks oral examination of the respondent pursuant to Order 22 Rule 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules. I am satisfied that the same ought to be granted, and the same is allowed in terms of prayers 1, 2, and 3.
4. Oral examination is scheduled 29th January, 2025.
