      1. Application dated 9.1.25 is carefully considered   ex-parte .
      2.  The applicant say he has been unable to execute the warrant issued herein due to frustrations by the respondent
      3.  He seeks that this court orders that this court orders police to provide security during execution of the warrants herein.
      4. 4.No threat to the life of the applicant and or his workers or breach of public peace has been demonstrated herein .   
      5. . Police have no role to play in execution of decrees unless the security of the auctioneer or bailiff , public peace and security are threatened. 
      6.   I will grant the breaking orders  sought and the same be executed by the applicant  or a court bailiff.
