' Ruling
1. Upon the applicants'' notice of motion dated 10.11.2025 coming up for hearing before me today ex parte in the first instance, I have duly perused the application herein, the affidavit sworn by the applicants jointly in support of the same and the enclosures attached thereto and I do note that the applicants have deposed that the subdivision being undertaken by the Respondent/Administrator has departed from the letter and spirit of the certificate of confirmation of grant dated 17th January 2025 and that they stand the risk of getting lesser acreage than their due entitlement. I thus find that the Applicants have demonstrated urgency wherefore I hereby make the following orders :-
I) This application is certified as urgent.
ii) The same be served within 3 days and a response be filed within 7 days from the date hereof.
iii) Inter parte hearing on 20.11.2025.
iv) An interim order of injunction is hereby granted, restraining the respondent /administrator from proceeding with the subdivision and transmission of parcel No East Bukusu/ South Kanduyi/ 171 until 20.11.2025.
