I have considered the applicant's application dated 4 September 2023. The applicant seeks the application to be certified urgent. It does not, however, appear to me that the application is seeking to invoke the judicial review jurisdiction of this Honourable Court. I say so because the application is not seeking judicial review orders and neither is it seeking leave to file a suit for those orders. Again, being a dispute arising from the Rent Restriction Tribunal I would suppose that the appropriate court seized of jurisdiction to hear the matter is the Environment and Land Court. Be that as it may, I direct that the applicant serves the application for directions on 18 October 2023. It is so ordered.
